<p>All of Us is a research program initiated by the National Institutes of Health, with the aim of accelerating health research and medical advancements. Its objective is to create a community of one million individuals nationwide.</p>

<p>With the help of this application, you can participate in the All of Us Research Program and contribute your health information for research purposes.</p>

<p>If you decide to join this program, you will:</p>
<ul>
  <li>Register your account</li>
  <li>Review and provide consent</li>
  <li>Agree to share your electronic health records (you can optionally select Apple's HealthKit and Clinical Health Records)</li>
  <li>Participate in surveys</li>
  <li>Periodically update your health and lifestyle information</li>
</ul>

<p>In addition, there may be instances where you will be asked to provide physical measurements, blood samples, and urine samples at an All of Us partner center. You might also have the opportunity to participate in other related studies.</p>

<p>The information you provide will be included in a comprehensive research database. Scientists will utilize this database to conduct various studies that hold the potential to improve the health of future generations.</p>

<p>All of Us places great importance on safeguarding your privacy. State-of-the-art security systems are employed to ensure that your data remains secure.</p>
